Population Health: Disease Prevention and Management

This course is part of the Certified Lifestyle Medicine Executive MicroMasters program which consists of 9 courses and a capstone exam. Learners who take this course will come away with the knowledge to be able to identify key socio-economic and cultural determinants of population health outcomes, analyze the impact of socio-cultural factors on access to health care and adjust health promotions and interventions accordingly.This course is part of the Certified Lifestyle Medicine MicroMasters program.
